1. The Service

Dinner In 30 Minutes is a website of dump-and-go and slow cooker recipes, blog posts, and videos from Jill Grisham, with a newsletter, Notes On The Fridge, and printable recipes sent by email. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the site.

2. Acceptable Use and Limits

You agree to use the site for your own personal cooking and reading, and to respect the limits that keep it fast and stable for everyone. You agree that:

• You will not use scrapers, bots, or scripts to copy, bulk download, or harvest the recipes, posts, images, or any other content beyond normal use of the site in a browser.
• You will not try to overload, degrade, disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the site or the systems behind it.
• You will not republish the recipes, posts, or images, in whole or in part, as your own or on another site, and you will not sell them.
• Printable recipes are for your personal, non-commercial use.

We may limit or block access, without notice, for activity that abuses these limits or threatens the stability or integrity of the site.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The recipes, writing, photos, and videos on this site, and the names Dinner In 30 Minutes and Notes On The Fridge, belong to Grisham Goldman Enterprises LLC or are used with permission. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site and to view, cook from, and print the recipes for your own use. Videos hosted by YouTube are covered by YouTube's terms, and no other right in our content is granted.

4. The Newsletter and Printable Recipe Emails

If you give us your email address for Notes On The Fridge, you agree that we may email you the newsletter. If you ask for a printable recipe by email, the form will tell you that your address also joins Notes On The Fridge, and you agree to that when you send it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails; it unsubscribes you in one click. How we handle your address is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Videos and Other Sites

Videos on this site play from YouTube when you press play, and by using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the content or practices of YouTube or of any other site we link to.

6. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and food that can spoil. Use your own judgment on cooking, food safety, and allergies, and check each ingredient for yours. We do not promise that a recipe will suit your diet, your appliance, or your health needs, or that the site will be available at all times or free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grisham Goldman Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the site in the twelve months before the claim arose, which is nothing, because the site is free to use.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grisham Goldman Enterprises LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
